Mercantile

Artisan Chocolates are coming to the Mint Mercantile! We can’t wait to feature Feve Artisan Chocolatier and Alma handmade chocolates in the mercantile. These chocolates speak for themselves, but here’s what the makers have to say about their creations:

Feve Artisan Chocolatier was inspired by the desire to create innovative and sustainable chocolate confections that offer a unique artistic culinary and transformative social justice experience. Feve products are "Elegance with a Conscience."
- Shawn Williams, Feve Artisan Chocolates

Called "theobroma" or food of the gods in Latin, we believe that good chocolate is worthy of worship. We make every batch of toffee, every jar of caramel, every bar and each hand-dipped bon bon with the intention of honoring chocolate.

Kyle Knapp is a winemaker I inherently trust. He consistently makes flavorful, clean and interesting wines. He named this rosé for his wife, Savanna, and what makes this such a fun offering is the bottling. Kyle decided to bottle this wine on the lees which gives the rosé a cloudy, ethereal, and dream-like quality in addition to packing even more flavor into the wine. The nose and palate is bursting with juicy grapefruit cocktail notes and playful acidity. It’s perfect for a warm sunny day and Mint + Craft fare.
Cheers!
