Courtney Coleman is a Nutritional Therapist, Whole Food Educator, Personal Chef, and CookWell Coach. For 12 years she’s been teaching people how to bring joy and mindfulness into creating seasonal, whole food dishes for balance of mind, body, and spirit.
She’s studied how to correct nutrient deficiencies, as well as the ancient philosophies of Macrobiotics and Ayurvedic cooking, to help people individualize their diet to balance their unique body type and moods. More recently, she’s been passionate about teaching parents and kids how to prepare amazingly tasty, low sugar desserts.
